Conveyor Series

Basic Construction:

The FlexMove plastic slat conveyor is based on a lightweight yet robust profile, fitted with glide strips to support and help the belt to flow freely. Single lane arrangements are most common, but twin lane systems can be easily created as above. There are 5 side flexing plastic conveyor chain groups based on the belt width illustrated below.

FT Series:

Chain Width: 35mm
Tensile Strength @ 20°C: 4000N
Working Temperature °C: -20 to +60
Speed Range: 3-30M/min
Maximum Total Weight On Twin Lane Belt: 250kg
(Can be used as single or twin lane design with bends.)

FS Series:

Chain Width: 63mm
Tensile Strength @ 20°C: 4000N
Working Temperature °C: -20 to +60
Speed Range: 3-50M/min
Maximum Total Weight On Belt: 150kg

FM Series:

Chain Width: 83mm
Tensile Strength @ 20°C: 6000N
Working Temperature °C: -20 to +60
Speed Range: 3-50M/min
Maximum Total Weight On Belt: 200kg

FC Series:

Chain Width: 103mm
Tensile Strength @ 20°C: 6000N
Working Temperature °C: -20 to +60
Speed Range: 3-50M/min
Maximum Total Weight On Belt: 300kg

FL Series:

Chain Width: 150mm
Tensile Strength @ 20°C: 6000N
